How to Create a Voting Contest on Aspec Hub
Follow these steps to create a voting contest on Aspec Hub.
1. Go to the Organizer Dashboard
Visit the organizer dashboard using this link:
https://dashboard.aspechub.com
2. Open the Vote Forms Tab
From your dashboard, go to the Vote Forms tab and click on it.
3. Click New Forms
At the top right side of the page, click New Forms.
4. Provide Your Voting Contest Details
Follow the steps on the screen to create your voting contest.
You will be asked to provide details such as:
- Voting contest title
- Voting contest description
- Voting contest image
5. Add Categories
On the categorization page, add the categories for your voting contest.
Make sure each category is unique.
Avoid adding duplicate categories.
6. Set Voting Start and End Time
Set the start time for when voting should begin.
Set the end time for when voting should stop.
7. Add the Base Amount Per Vote
Add a base amount per vote for all categories.
This amount can be changed later.
Each category can also have its own amount per vote.
8. Select a Platform Service
Select your preferred platform service from the options shown on the screen.
9. Publish the Voting Contest
After all the required details are valid, click the Publish button.
Your voting contest will be created and marked as Pending.
The Aspec Hub team will review the voting contest and either approve or reject it.
10. Receive an Email Update
You will receive an email update when your voting contest has been approved or rejected.
