Account Creation for Event Organizers
Create and verify your organizer account, then complete organization setup.
Follow these steps to create your Aspec Hub organizer account.
1. Go to the Organizer Dashboard
Visit the organizer dashboard using this link:
2. Create Your Account
You can create your account using either:
- • Your email address and password
- • Sign in with Google
You will be asked to provide your full name.
3. Verify Your Email Address
After your account is created successfully, a verification link will be sent to your email.
Open your email and click the verification link to verify your Aspec Hub account.
4. Confirm Your Email Verification
After verifying your email, go back to the dashboard and click I have verified.
If you did not receive the verification email, click Resend Email.
5. Set Up Your Organization Profile
After your email is verified, you will be taken to a screen where you can set up your organization profile.
6. Provide Your Organization Details
Your organization details are collected in three steps:
- • Basic Information
- • Contact Details
- • Branding and Visual Identity
Step 1: Basic Information
Provide the basic details of your organization.
You will be asked to enter:
- • Organization name
- • Organization description
- • Organization email address
- • Organization username
For the organization username, make sure you include the @ symbol before the username.
Example:
@aspechub
When you are done, click Continue.
Step 2: Contact Details
You will be asked to provide a phone number. This is required.
You may also provide the following details, but they are optional:
- Website link
- Social media profile links
Make sure all links and details follow the required format.
Step 3: Branding and Visual Identity
You will be asked to upload a cover image for your organization.
The cover image should:
- Be less than 5MB
- Be in landscape format
- Preferably be 1200 x 400px
You will also be asked to upload your organization logo.
The logo image must be a square image.
7. Submit Your Organization Details
After providing all the required details, click the Submit button.
If your submission is successful, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
